Operation Blue Sky announces events to brighten up February

West Virginia University’s Operation Blue Sky has two events scheduled in February for the Health Sciences community.

On Tuesday, Feb. 17, beginning at 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., faculty, staff, and students are invited to take part in an Olympic-inspired celebration in the Pylons Lobby. The free event will consist of international snacks.

On Thursday, Feb.19, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. join Be Well for a "Yappy Hour" with free snacks from Operation Blue Sky. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to relax, pet service dogs and enjoy snacks in the Pylons Commons.

Operation Blue Sky strives to create a community that feels safe, remains curious and knows how to have fun. Research shows that communities featuring these three pillars increase levels of innovation, develop stronger bonds, are not held back by fear, have a greater sense of purpose and increase productivity.
